Daniel Verkamp - FFmpeg patches - README

As of late 2009, I am now an FFmpeg committer; therefore, I don't find it necessary to track which patches of mine have been applied because I can apply them myself.  (This, of course, doesn't mean I can avoid the usual patch review process, but I also don't need so much infrastructure to track unapplied but reviewed patches.)

In other words, this directory is no longer updated and is here only for posterity.
